Family Night

Last night Cordelia was going crazy because 1) She was excited that her dad was home 2) She was tired and acting like a loon to overcompensate 3) She has a certain je ne sais quois...so we decided that we would direct that energy into a family night. Here is how it went:

DINNER

On the one hand Cordelia's current favorite is veggie pigs in a blanket. On the other hand Eric wanted veggie chili dogs. So I put my hands together (slow clap style) and then I made veggie chili pigdogs (?) in a blanket. Pizza dough + veggie dogs + vegan chili + Daiya cheese= it was good, trust me...you know in a good/ gross way, like carnival food.

FORT

Eric and I were both too tired to bring out all of the blankets so we used a pop up tent for the fort. Good enough! Cordelia brought in some pillows and a stuffed animal. Elise rolled around on the floor like a bay-bay.



MOVIE

We watched Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Facory...or well, some of it. We skipped ahead to the factory part. Then Cordelia began to freak out about Violet turning into a blueberry so we called it a night...but all in all it was quite nice.
